GMEX Robotics将收购MediaMeta.Ai 30%的股份

- GMEX Robotics (GMEX) said on Tuesday it signed agreement to acquire an initial 30% fully diluted equity stake in MediaMeta.Ai, with an option to increase its holding to a controlling interest.
- The company said the deal includes a combination of cash and common shares as consideration and grants GMEX perpetual, exclusive, royalty-free rights to use MediaMeta's AI, software, and robotics-related technology.
- MediaMeta has agreed to a revenue make-good provision targeting more than $52.6M in revenue over the five years following closing.
- "GMEX will be entitled to a certain adjustment or partial refund of the consideration paid to the Issuer if it (MediaMeta.Ai) fails to achieve the Revenue Target," GMEX said.
- GMEX down -17% in premarket trading.
