Enlivex (ENLV) said on Tuesday that it intends to launch a private placement of $400M ordinary shares at a price of $5.00 per share for subscription amounts funded in U.S. dollars, USDT, or USD Coin and $6.00 per share for subscription amounts funded in RAIN tokens.
Enlivex intends to use net proceeds from the private placement in furtherance of its treasury strategy built around the Rain protocol while continuing to advance Allocetra, an advanced clinical-stage immunotherapy.
ENLV -21.36% to $3.35 pre-market.
