多佛将收购Cloeren;条款未披露

Dover (DOV) has agreed to acquire Cloeren, a manufacturer of extrusion T-dies and feedblocks primarily for polymer and plastics applications.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter following satisfactory completion of customary closing conditions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cloeren will become part of the MAAG business unit within Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment following the closing of the deal. The acquisition adds complementary extrusion technologies to MAAG's portfolio.
