Codexis (CDXS) priced a public offering of 16.67M common shares at $1.50/share, at the bottom of its marketed range.
Gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $25M, with net proceeds of about $23.1M after underwriting discounts and commissions.
The offering is expected to close on July 27, 2026.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and advancing the company's business strategy.
The stock price slumped about 20% on Thursday after market hours.
