Quantum computing firm Quantinuum (QNT) disclosed that it has beefed up its management team following its recent initial public offering, hiring a Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer.
Robin Schulman was hired as the company's Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, effective July 13, while Rory O'Byrne became its Chief People Officer, effective May 26. Ms. Schulman and Mr. O'Byrne both report to Quantinuum's President and CEO, Rajeeb Hazra.
Before joining Quantinuum, Schulman was the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at GitLab (GLTB). Before that, she worked at Couchbase, New Relic, and Adobe (ADBE). O'Byrne has worked in human resources for more than 25 years in various different industries, including the technology, energy, mining, and industrial sectors.
Quantinuum, which is majority owned by Honeywell (HON), offered 28M shares priced at $60 last month. The quantum computing company raised nearly $1.7B through the offering.
