- Onfolio (ONFO) and Paramount Helium mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced binding letter of intent for a proposed strategic combination.
- The planned transaction was intended to establish Onfolio in the global industrial gas market.
- The deal was terminated because key closing conditions, including due diligence, Paramount's financing, and delivery of audited financial statements, were not met and were unlikely to be satisfied.
