Forward Industries决定不收购Brera Holdings

Forward Industries (FWDI) on Monday conﬁrmed that it does not intend to make an oﬀer for Brera Holdings (SLMT) plc.
On June 9, 2026, Forward Industries issued a press release confirming that it made an indicative, non-binding proposal to Brera Holdings PLC on June 1, 2026, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the company in an all-stock transaction.
Brera Holdings (SLMT) shares gained ~5% in extended trading, while FWDI closed up 4%.
