Databricks在Coatue主导的战略融资中目标是1880亿美元的估值

- Databricks Thursday reported a strategic funding at a $188B valuation. The company has signed a term sheet for this round, which it expects to close later this summer, led by existing investor Coatue.
- The round will include additional new and existing investors.
- Databricks will use the new capital to accelerate its AI strategy, and double down on Unity AI Gateway, its multi-AI governance solution.
- In addition to fueling its AI growth, this capital is expected to support future AI acquisitions and deepen AI research, the company said.
- Databricks offers a platform designed to help users ingest, analyze and build AI applications using complex data from various sources. It competes with Snowflake (SNOW), and analysts widely see it as a public listing candidate along with marquee names such as OpenAI (OPENAI) and Anthropic (ANTHRO).
