Accel Entertainment (ACEL) promoted Stan Guidroz to chief operating officer, effective July 14, 2026.
Guidroz currently serves as chief executive officer of Toucan Gaming, Accel's Louisiana subsidiary, and will oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
Mark Phelan will relinquish the COO title, remain President, and become CEO in August 2026, as previously announced.
Guidroz has led Toucan since 2021, overseeing growth in Louisiana and acquisitions, including Rice Palace Truck Stop Casino.
