Frontier Nuclear因错过Form 6-K申请而收到纳斯达克不合规通知

- Frontier Nuclear and Minerals (FNUC) announced on Friday that it received a Nasdaq notice on July 6, stating the company's non-compliance due to its failure to file a Form 6-K with interim financial statements for the six months ended December 31, 2025.
- The notice does not affect the company’s Nasdaq listing or trading of securities.
- The company has 60 days, or until September 4, 2026, to submit a compliance plan.
- If Nasdaq accepts the plan, it may receive an extension until December 28, 2026, to complete the required filing and regain compliance.
- The management said it is working to complete its financial reporting obligations and intends to submit its compliance plan within the required timeframe.
