ARS Pharmaceuticals (SPRY) appointed Donn Casale as chief executive officer and director, effective July 7, 2026, succeeding co-founder Richard Lowenthal.
Richard Lowenthal stepped down as an employee and officer of the company, effective July 6, 2026.
Casale previously served as president of ARS Pharmaceuticals and brings more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical commercial leadership experience.
