• Dole (DOLE) said its unit Dole Nordic AB completed the acquisition of Greenfood AB's Fresh Produce division.
• The acquisition adds a 26,500-square-meter fresh produce distribution facility in Helsingborg, Sweden, which Dole said will support investments in warehouse automation, robotics, inventory management systems and logistics capabilities.
