  • PowerBank (NASDAQ: PBK)  announced on Tuesday it entered into securities purchase agreements with two new long-term institutional investors for a registered direct offering expected to raise about $4.2M in gross proceeds.
  • The offering consists of 7.0M common shares and is expected to close on or about July 1, subject to customary closing conditions.
  • The company plans to use the net proceeds to advance its independent power producer project portfolio, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
  • A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is serving as the sole placement agent for the offering.
