Tilray收购数字健康平台HelloMD

Tilray Brands (TLRY) has acquired digital health platform HelloMD for an undisclosed sum.
HelloMD describes itself as a "leading digital healthcare and patient engagement platform focused on medical cannabis education, physician consultations, and patient support services."
Tilray noted that the deal will boost its "global medical cannabis platform by expanding direct-to-patient capabilities, enhancing physician and patient education, and deepening engagement across the care journey…."
