FTAI Infrastructure (NASDAQ: FIP) announced on Monday it completed the acquisition of Tidewater Logistics for about $45M.
The acquisition was funded through an upsizing of the company's existing term loan with existing lenders.
The company expects Tidewater to generate about $9M in adjusted EBITDA over the next 12 months.
Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP served as legal counsel to the Company in connection with the acquisition.
Shares +0.81%.
