Ionis获得额外的Tryngolza适应症

The US FDA has approved an indicational indication for Ionis Pharmaceuticals' (IONS) Tryngolza (olezarsen) to reduce triglycerides and the risk of acute pancreatitis in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia.
The therapy is now the first available for the indication.
Tryngolza was initially approved in 2024 to cut triglycerides in adults with familial chylomicronemia syndrome.
