Commvault与微软签署多年网络安全协议
2026-06-24 20:43
- Commvault (CVLT) said on Wednesday that it has signed a multi-year deal, focused on cybersecurity, with Microsoft (MSFT).
- Via the partnership, Microsoft will offer Commvault's “extensive AI and cyber resilience technologies as a native ISV service on Microsoft Azure,” the companies said in a statement. It allows Azure customers to integrate Commvault's capabilities directly from the Azure platform to help with tasks such as recovering and restoring data, apps, and identities, if they are compromised in any way.
- “For over 25 years, we've partnered with Microsoft and now we're taking that collaboration to the next level,” said Commvault President and CEO Sanjay Mirchandani in the release. “Many of our customers rely on Microsoft Azure to scale their business in the cloud, use AI, optimize operations, and bring ideas to life. With this joint commitment, we can also make best-in-class resilience plug-and-play for Microsoft customers.”
- Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
