Definium Therapeutics推出5亿美元公开募股

- Definium Therapeutics (DFTX) announced plans for an underwritten public offering of $500M of common shares and, for certain investors, pre-funded warrants.
- Definium also intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75M of common shares.
- All securities in the offering will be issued and sold by the company.
- Net proceeds will primarily fund research and development activities for Definium’s pipeline of psychiatric and neurological disorder treatments.
- Funds will also support commercialization preparation efforts for DT120 ODT, if the product receives regulatory approval.
- Remaining proceeds are expected to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
