ZTEST Electronics在CEO辞职后启动继任计划

  • ZTEST Electronics (ZTSTF) on Thursday said CEO and director Steve Smith resigned, with Stephen Harpur appointed to the board to fill the vacancy.
  • The company also named director David Barnett as board chair and said it has begun a search for a new executive leader. 
  • "The Board has initiated a leadership succession process and is evaluating internal and external candidates for the Company's future executive leadership, " company said in its statement. 
  • Permatech Electronics, ZTEST's operating unit, will continue to be led by President Suren Jeyanayagam during the transition.
  • ZTEST said Smith's departure was not due to any disagreement with the company and that he will receive severance payments under a separation agreement.
