Corcept Therpeutics (CORT) has resubmitted an NDA for its Cushing’s syndrome candidate relacorilant.
The resubmission includes new data analyses.
The US FDA issued the company a Complete Response Letter in December saying it could not determine a favorable benefit-risk assessment for the drug without additional data.
Cushing's syndrome is characterized by high blood pressure related to a hormonal disorder called hypercortisolism. Relacorilant is known as a selective glucocorticoid receptor antagonist.
