Lovesac任命新首席财务官，重申2027财年指导

The Lovesac Company (LOVE) appointed Andrew Farag as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer, effective immediately.
Farag succeeds Keith Siegner, who stepped down but will remain temporarily to support the leadership transition.
Farag brings more than 20 years of finance and operational leadership experience, including prior CFO and COO roles.
Most recently, he served as managing director at Riveron.
The company reaffirmed its second-quarter and full-year fiscal 2027 financial guidance.
