阿坎达在提交年度报告后重新获得纳斯达克合规性

- Akanda (AKAN) on Friday said it had regained compliance with Nasdaq's periodic filing requirements after submitting its delayed annual report for fiscal 2025.
- The company said Nasdaq notified it on June 10 that it had met the requirements of Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which mandates the timely filing of periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Akanda had received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq on May 20 for failing to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025.
- The company filed the report on June 9, after which Nasdaq closed the matter.
