涡轮能源重新符合纳斯达克股东权益要求

Turbo Energy, S.A. (Nasdaq: TURB) on Friday said that Nasdaq confirmed the company has regained compliance with the minimum stockholders’ equity requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1).
The confirmation followed Nasdaq’s review of the company’s Form 6-K filed on June 3, which showed stockholders’ equity of about $6.48 million, above the $2.5 million minimum required for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Turbo Energy said stockholders’ equity increased from about $1.88 million as of December 31, 2025, following capital raises that generated approximately $5.0 million in aggregate gross proceeds through a registered direct offering and issuances under its at-the-market program.
