Nvidia以超过4亿美元收购Kumo AI：报道

Nvidia (NVDA) has acquired artificial intelligence model maker Kumo AI for more than $400M, The Information reported.
The deal was publicly confirmed by an executive at Nvidia, who confirmed the acquisition on LinkedIn.
Kumo founders Vanja Josifovski, Jure Leskovec, and Hema Raghavan have posted on their LinkedIn pages that they work at Nvidia. The startup released its latest model, known as KumoRFM-2, in April.
Nvidia shares fell 1% on Thursday.
