Aeva Technologies (AEVA) priced its follow-on public offering of 4.49M shares of common stock at $22.25 per share.
The offering is expected to close on June 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The company also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 674,157 shares at the public offering price.
Aeva plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including supporting growing commercial demand tied to AI infrastructure and co-packaged optics, as well as expanding existing applications.
Shares fell nearly 12% in after-hours trading after the offering was announced on Wednesday, extending the stock's decline after it closed down -8.8% in the regular session.
