Stoneridge (SRI) on Wednesday said it appointed Scott Humphrey as chief financial officer and treasurer, tasking him with overseeing the company's global finance organization.
Humphrey joins from Fox Factory Holding, where he served as CFO and helped lead acquisitions, expand financial infrastructure, and support global growth initiatives.
