ATI计划发行七年期高级票据

ATI (NYSE: ATI) on Wednesday said it intends to offer a new series of seven-year senior notes, subject to market and other conditions.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to redeem all of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2027.
Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company did not disclose the size, pricing or other terms of the proposed notes offering.
