ClearSign公开募股定价337万美元

- ClearSign Technologies (NASDAQ: CLIR) on Friday said it priced an underwritten public offering of 777,780 common shares at $4.33 per share, for gross proceeds of about $3.37 million.
- The company said it granted the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the shares to cover over-allotments, which could increase gross proceeds to about $3.87 million if exercised in full.
- The offering is expected to close on or about June 1, subject to customary closing conditions.
- ClearSign said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital, research and development, marketing and sales, and general corporate purposes.
