Comscore任命Matt McLaughlin为首席执行官

Comscore (SCOR) on Thursday announced the appointment of Matt McLaughlin as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective immediately.
Jon Carpenter will transition from his role as CEO and will continue to support the company as a senior advisor to the Board of Directors and CEO until October 2026.
In connection with the leadership transition, industry leader Stuart Frankel will join the company’s Board of Directors, filling the seat previously held by Carpenter.
McLaughlin previously served as COO of DoubleVerify. He currently serves on Comscore’s Board of Directors and is also a significant common stockholder of the company.
