Axe Compute根据2.6亿美元的人工智能基础设施合同获得首批4300万美元付款

Axe Compute said on Wednesday it received its first payment of $43M under a previously announced $260M contract to deploy an AI computing cluster powered by 2,304 NVIDIA B300 GPUs.
The company said the upfront installment, received ahead of monthly billing tied to the cluster’s launch, was the first contracted cash milestone under the agreement, confirming that the build process remains on track for deployment in the third quarter of 2026.
The contract covers a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster hosted at a U.S.-based Tier 3 data center with 4.8 megawatts of power capacity and a 36-month committed term.
Axe Compute said the deployment is expected to generate about $21M in quarterly revenue once operational.
The company added that the deal serves as the first large-scale validation of its cluster build program, under which it finances and operates AI hardware infrastructure for enterprise customers.
Stock down -8% in premarket trading following a ~30% surge on Tuesday.
