PBF Energy宣布发行5亿美元的高级票据

PBF Energy (PBF) said on Tuesday that its indirect unit, PBF Holding, plans to offer $500M in senior notes due 2034 through a private offering, with the notes to be co-issued by wholly owned subsidiary PBF Finance
The company plans to use the funds raised and available cash to repay its outstanding 6.00% senior notes due 2028 in full.
Shares +2.92%.
