Holley Performance Brands (HLLY) board of directors has approved a share repurchase program authorizing the company to repurchase up to $25M of its outstanding common stock.
The company intends to execute repurchases opportunistically, paced against free cash flow generation and consistent with its commitment to reach net leverage below 3.5x by year-end.
HLLY shares rose +5.2% premarket to $2.64.
