微软支付2.5亿美元和解动视股东诉讼

Microsoft (MSFT) has agreed to pay $250M to settle a lawsuit from former shareholders of Activision that they were shortchanged during the 2023 acquisition.
The disclosure was made in a Delaware state court on Thursday.
Redmond, WA-based Microsoft acquired Activision in October 2023 for $68.7B, which is one of the largest acquisitions in the history of the technology sector.
