Meta推出类似Reddit的论坛应用程序
2026-05-22 21:55
- Meta Platforms (META) has quietly launched “Forum,” a new, standalone app for Facebook that resembles the “niche community” chat rooms of Reddit (RDDT) and Discord (DSCD) by organizing Facebook Groups into a dedicated, searchable feed.
- The app allows for anonymous posting, features an AI-powered Ask function that searches through all groups, and a feed that is populated only with conversations from the groups the user follows, instead of algorithm-driven content, ads, and updates from friends.
- The Forum app is being compared to an earlier iteration called “Groups,” which was discontinued in 2017.
- Upon logging onto Facebook, the new app will ask users what topics they are interested in and then curate relevant posts from other groups aligned with their interests.
- While users can post using anonymized usernames, Facebook group administrators can still see real identities associated with Forum accounts.
