- The transaction came at a 10-year coupon of roughly 3.482%, highlighting continued investor demand for foreign credit in Japan’s deepening bond market.
- The U.S. insurer (AFL) joined a growing wave of foreign issuers tapping Japan’s yen bond market, following Alphabet’s (GOOG) $3.6B yen bond deal.
