Draganfly (DPRO) announced on Monday that it will acquire drone technology assets of Skip Dynamix in a deal worth up to $7.5M.
The 7.5M deal includes a $2.5M cash payment at closing, $2.5M in shares, and up to $2.5M in additional earn-out payments tied to milestones.
The deal is expected to close in early June 2026.
The acquisition adds Skip Dynamix’s low-cost, long-range fixed-wing “Orca” drone platform to Draganfly’s defense drone portfolio.
The company said the deal will strengthen its AI, autonomy, and military drone capabilities while expanding opportunities with U.S., NATO, and Indo-Pacific defense programs.
The stock is trading at ~$5.40.
