Garrett Motion重新定价定期贷款，预付5000万美元

Garrett Motion (GTX) said on Monday it completed the repricing of its $635M term loan due in 2032 and made an early repayment of $50M.
The company said borrowings under the facility will now bear interest at the secured overnight financing rate, or SOFR, plus 175 basis points, down 25 basis points from the previous rate.
CEO Olivier Rabiller said the repricing would reduce interest expense and strengthen liquidity.
