LanzaTech Global (LNZA) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for the sale and purchase of 2M shares of the company’s common stock in a registered direct offering, expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $20 million.
The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 18, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
