Summit Midstream (SMC) Tuesday sid that its Board continued to suspend cash dividends payable on the common stock for the period ended March 31, 2026.
The quarterly cash dividend on the Series A Preferred Stock, for the period ended June 14, 2026, will be paid to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2026.
On March 27, 2026, all unpaid dividends of $46.3 million on the Series A Preferred Stock were paid to holders of record as of the close of business on March 17, 2026.
