黑莓宣布恢复回购计划

- BlackBerry (BB) announced on Friday that it has resumed its stock buyback program after getting allowance from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
- The renewal of the program, known as the normal course issuer bid, or NCIB, allows for the repurchase of up to 26.785M shares of common stock, or roughly 4.58% of its public float as of the end of April 30. As of the end of April 30, BlackBerry had 586.06M shares of common stock outstanding.
- The NCIB will commence on May 12 and finish by May 11, 2027, or earlier, BlackBerry added.
- BlackBerry shares were little changed in premarket trading.
