Flowserve定价5亿美元高级票据

Flowserve (FLS) priced a public offering of $500M of its 5.700% senior notes due 2036.
The notes are general senior unsecured obligations and rank equally with Flowserve’s existing and future senior unsecured debt. Interest will be paid semi-annually on May 15 and November 15, starting November 15, 2026.
The offering is expected to close on May 12, 2026.
The company plans to use the proceeds to help fund its Trillium Flow Technologies Valves Division acquisition, with any remainder for general corporate purposes.
