PNC将赎回2027年到期的12.5亿美元票据

The PNC Financial Services Group (PNC) on Tuesday said it will redeem all outstanding $1.25 billion of its 4.543% senior fixed rate/floating rate notes due May 13, 2027, on May 13, 2026.
The redemption price will be 100% of the principal amount plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date. Interest on the notes will cease to accrue from that date.
Payments will be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company, the company said.
