CHAR Technologies (YES:CA) named Kevin Melnyk as chief financial officer effective May 4, 2026.
Melnyk previously held leadership roles at Algonquin Power & Utilities, Clearlight Energy, and PRIVEQ Capital Funds.
Outgoing CFO Raquel Insa is credited with strengthening the company’s financial foundation during growth.
