自4月中旬重启回购以来，Forum Markets已回购565万股股票

Forum Markets (FRMM) on Wednesday said it has repurchased about 5.65M shares since relaunching its buyback program on April 15.
The company spent roughly $24.1M on the repurchases at an average price of $4.26 per share, funded from existing cash. All shares have been cancelled.
Following the buyback, Forum has about 14.65M shares outstanding as of April 28.
The company said it may continue repurchases through open market or private transactions, depending on market conditions and other factors.
Shares up +2.5% premarket
