Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) announced on Monday key leadership changes to boost its tech and growth focus across government and commercial markets.
Troy Lahr is appointed EVP and CFO, effective May 4, 2026. He brings 25+ years of experience, previously as CFO at Sierra Space, and will handle finance, M&A, and capital strategy.
Kristine Martin Anderson becomes president effective May 1, 2026, while continuing as COO.
Shannon Fitzgerald is promoted to president of the civil sector, while Richard Crowe moves to chief growth officer, reshuffling leadership to push stronger growth and expansion.
After the leadership reshuffle announcement, the stock slipped ~3.26% lower at ~$76.19.
