工业物流地产信托定价16.2亿美元再融资交易

Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (ILPT) secured $1.62B in five-year, interest-only mortgage financing at a 5.71% fixed rate.
The financing is for its joint venture Mountain Industrial REIT.
Proceeds will refinance $1.4B of floating-rate debt due March 2027 and $0.2B of fixed-rate amortizing debt.
The loan is backed by the same 90 industrial properties used as collateral previously.
The transaction is expected to close around May 8, 2026.
