TransAlta任命Mike Politeski为首席财务官

TransAlta (TAC) has appointed Mike Politeski as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer, and Grant Arnold as executive vice president, growth and chief commercial officer, effective May 1, 2026, and May 6, 2026, respectively.
Politeski has over 25 years of experience and, most recently, served as senior vice president, finance & treasurer at Veren Inc. (previously Crescent Point Energy).
Arnold also brings over 30 years of experience in the power generation and energy sector. He served as president and CEO of BluEarth Renewables and held senior roles at Suncor Energy previously.
The appointments correspond with the transition of current EVP and CFO, Joel Hunter, to the role of president and chief executive officer effective April 30, 2026, following the retirement of current President and CEO, John Kousinioris.
