OceanPal (SVRN) on Thursday said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement, with the exchange confirming the company now meets its listing standards.
The company said it is in compliance with Nasdaq Capital Market rules following the resolution of the deficiency under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
OceanPal added it will continue executing its strategy to diversify beyond shipping, including building a treasury position in NEAR Protocol tokens and expanding related commercial adoption.
SVRN -0.46% after hours to $10.65.
