Arlo Technologies (ARLO) (NYSE: ARLO) on Thursday said it has completed the acquisition of Aloe Care Health, expanding its software-as-a-service platform into aging-in-place and wellness care services.
The deal adds AI-powered medical alert and fall prevention capabilities to Arlo’s offerings, targeting the growing population aged 65 and older.
Arlo said the acquisition supports its strategy to expand into new markets and enhance its portfolio of smart home services, with a focus on healthcare and caregiving solutions.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ARLO +1.35% after hours to $14.99.
