Madison Air Solutions IPO定价为27美元/股

Madison Air Solutions (MAIR) priced its IPO of ~82.7M shares at $27/share.
Shares are set to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 16, 2026 under ticker “MAIR.”
The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional ~12.4M shares.
The IPO is expected to close on April 17, 2026.
Madison Air will also raise $100M via a concurrent private placement of Class B shares.
